At The Healthy Body Happy Mind Project we are nutritionists, nutritional chefs and self confessed foodies. We are passionate about spreading the love for healthy nutrition with an active lifestyle and teaching you how to cook your own wholesome, nutritious and delicious dishes. We love using traditional techniques to cook and preserve and create handmade gifts without artificial additives or chemicals.   We organise a wide range of practical healthy living workshops where you can learn top tips about eating more healthily as well as learning all about your body and your microbiome in our fermented foods workshop. We teach you how to make your own probiotic cheeses and yummy chutneys, jams and pickles. And we run plant based cheese workshops too so even if you have given up dairy products you can still make delicious cheeses for all the family.   Come and learn all about making and looking after your own sour dough starters, how to cook the best sour dough bread and sour dough pizzas you will ever taste.   Or try our juicing, smoothies and soups workshop where we give you everything you need to start a seven day juicing cleanse and detox programme incorporating a range of daily juices, smoothies and soups with elixirs and shots to give you an extra boost. You will love all the healthy, nutrient dense, delicious recipes and feel relaxed and full of energy.   Alongside all the recipes in your handbook you will be given mindfulness and meditation sessions to download and links to yoga, pilates and stretching videos and a whole range of vdeos to watch on wellbeing topics. We give you support the whole way through your cleanse and detox programme to help you start your healthier, happier lifestyle which you can maintain long term.
