The NCO Club

Situated in Singapore’s art and culture district in City Hall, The NCO Club is an entertainment-lifestyle destination housing four eclectic concepts led by culinary anchor Madame Fan, a destination Chinese restaurant and acclaimed restaurateur Alan Yau's first concept in Southeast Asia. The NCO Club also houses three bars including Cool Cats a cocktail bar and live entertainment venue, Fish Pool a champagne, caviar and oyster bar, as well as Stags’ Room an intimate wine lounge.
