REAL cards are tools that provide unique marketing options to small businesses by using decks of playing cards as advertisements and coupons.   We are committed to help change the current landscape of underdeveloped communities through entrepreneurship.  R E A L is an acronym that describes the entrepreneurs and business owners that are collectively marketed in REAL cards.  R is for revolutionary, as we believe that the decision to be a business owner is a profound one.  E is for entrepreneur.  A is for artist. L is for leader. P.Scott, a multiracial artist and entrepreneur working out of Chicago. P.Scott strives to reveal the fault lines that exist in a swiftly changing American culture. His urban-expressionist work challenges implicit beliefs that surround identity, race, and marginalization. P.Scott is co-owner of NYCH Gallery in Pilsen. Roe Melloe is the founder and Executive Director of Melloe Drama, a talent and entertainment agency that provides professional representation, consultation, and brokering services to artists and organizations. Hailing from the Southside of Chicago, Melloe has rooted himself deep within the arts and culture scene, curating and producing art exhibitions, fashion shows and music showcases that draw a diverse audience of all ages.  Gray Matter is an entrepreneurial experience program for selected African American high school students across the city of Chicago. Participating students learn business concepts from Black entrepreneurs and professionals and then use that knowledge to create businesses to help impact communities on the South and West sides of the city. Students are encouraged to launch their businesses and will be placed in relevant internships and mentorships to ensure their success.
