These sessions are proudly brought to you through a partnership of Tourism Greater Geelong and the Bellarine, Central Geelong Marketing and The Borough of Queenscliffe. The Training Excellence calendar provides professional development and training sessions throughout the year free for members ($50 non members).   Tourism Greater Geelong and The Bellarine Tourism Greater Geelong and The Bellarine is the Regional Tourism Organisation spanning from Werribee to Barwon Heads, incorporating Bannockburn, Geelong, Portarlington and all the areas in between. Our core role is to increase tourism yield for our region. We do this, by making consumers aware of our region, bringing people to our destinations, getting them to stay longer and spend more.   Central Geelong Marketing Central Geelong Marketing has been established as a Section 86 Special Committee of the City of Greater Geelong Council with delegated responsibility for the expenditure of the funds raised by the Special Rate Scheme. The Central Geelong Marketing Committee implements programs to improve the way Central Geelong operates, enhance the marketing and promotion of the businesses in Central Geelong and improve the image of Central Geelong. This approach enables the businesses in Central Geelong to act as a single entity, focusing its combined strength and resources in the most efficient fashion, for the benefit of all the properties and businesses in Central Geelong.   Borough of Queenscliffe The Borough of Queenscliffe consists of five dedicated, passionate Councillors who share common goals for the future direction of the Borough of Queenscliffe. It's a small team at the Borough of Queenscliffe and many staff work part time. Council employs six School Crossing Supervisors and ten Community Care Workers along with staff in a range of other positions.
