Francesca has been an avid cyclist her whole life. She started working at bike shops in college and has now been in the bike industry over 10 years. Doing everything from the sales floor to bike builds and repairs, she has worked at several different styles of bike shops around the east coast and worked direct for a bike manufacturer. She recently completed Barnett's Bicycle Repair and Overhaul class in Colorado Springs and has several Specialized Bicycle Components University credits and Shimano Technology Education Certifications.
