Tribe is one most powerful resources for humans to grow and act in the world. Belonging is a fundamental human need. This light is a source of joy, power, inspiration and life energy. My calling is to unleash and mirror this light in individuals and teams, as well as to help organisation to transform this light into innovative culture within. This light is empowering people to create what they really want, it enables teams to connect through empathy and collaborate in a most sufficient way. I work on the edge of innovative technologies in digital marketing, sales and customer services. I advise businesses on a non-leader approach to strategic decisions and business processes of sales and customer success, facilitate workshops on modern methods of leadership among teams through creative game processes and innovative techniques in which teams can come to their unique business solutions.
