Here's a sample class... ...Begin by relaxing deeply into your core following the breath. Sounds emerge in sighs, groans, toning. Move into movement following methods of authentic movement, yoga, Feldenkrais, (www.feldenkraisinstitute.org) and World Dance. Come together in a facilitated circle and begin circle song- making improvised creations in rhythm, harmony, texture and world inspired music. Laugh, release, connect. Each class is different; in some we concentrate on developing songs, some we focus more on safe, sensual release, others we focus more on playful release using laughter and character building. Sometimes we meet in a private space, sometimes in the forrest or on the beach.
