Waldmann

Waldman, expected to open in Fall of 2017, is a craft brewery and tap house featuring classic German lagers and a wurstery featuring house-made sausages. It is in the oldest surviving saloon building in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Built in 1857, the limestone building is in the historic West Seventh neighborhood in St. Paul. A state-of-the art brewery has been added behind the historically-listed structure. Careful restoration of the pre-Civil War building has been a labor of love for owner Tom Schroeder and is nearing completion.
