Adult Literacy Volunteer Tutor Training

LITERACY COUNCIL OF BENTON COUNTY NEEDS YOUR HELP!  We will train you to be a certified VOLUNTEER TUTOR AND IN A LITTLE UNDER FOUR HOURS (2 hrs. of on-line courses and 2 hrs. with our Certified TUTOR TRAINER) you will have the tools and materials necessary to give an ADULT THE GIFT OF LITERACY.  The majority of our students are learning English as a second language and are from many different countries.  Only English is spoken in class; you do not need to know a second language to TUTOR, nor do you need a college degree.
