Literacy Council of Benton County

We empower more people to improve the quality of their lives within the community we all share by increasing Adult English Literacy. We have one full-time and 2 part-employees. The Board of Directors and all of our tutors are volunteers. We are also on Twitter @lcbclearntoread. Our office is just off the Bentonville Square. We teach Adult Basic Literacy and English Language Learning at no cost to the student. All of our tutors are volunteers that are certified by ProLiteracy America after having completed a training course taught by a certified tutor trainer.
