12-15.ABOUT THIS EVENT
Movement Strategies that cultivate bonding between you and your Tween/
Teen. You will engage in active stretching, movement, cardio and game
play to support and reduce stress, improve mood, and promote a healthy
mind and body. This class is outdoors, socially distanced with
strategies in place to promote safe participation including
temperature checks.
There is very limited space in accordance with public health
guidelines so make sure to register before we are full. Bring a water
bottle and yoga mat or towel. This class is free of cost thanks to
generous sponsors: County Behavioral Health, South County Youth
Coalition & Parent Connection.
