Daily Classes - Monday to Friday (NO CLASS ON JUNE 19, 2025) Looking
to stay fit this summer and learn more about improving your overall
wellness? Join us in a fun movement based class with an eclectic mix
of Fitness and Yoga, as well as learning a variety of healthy habits
to improve your wellness! This class will be open to all middle school
students (rising 6th-9th grade) with no previous yoga experience
necessary and welcomes all ability levels. In this class we will focus
on the foundations of fitness and yoga. We will also learn a variety
of fitness movements, concepts, major muscle groups, and how to plan
out your workouts. Students will learn how to properly use equipment
such as rowing machines, bikes, TRX bands, dumbbell weights and more!
Students will also get the opportunity to participate in some workouts
outdoors while enjoying the summertime nice weather! Through fitness
and yoga your child will have the opportunity to increase strength,
improve cardiovascular endurance and flexibility.
