Yoga Wisdom offers the healing benefits of yoga in an open and relaxed environment. Karen's Vinyasa Flow series encourages flexibility, strengthening, breathing and balance. Her gentle approach is accessible for all ages and abilities. She modifies positions for students needing a gentler experience, and offers challenges for students seeking a little more. The Pavilion on the Lake makes a beautiful yoga studio. Classes are on-going. Drop in is $8 per class, or purchase classes in advance at a discounted rate. Karen earned her teaching certificate from White Lotus in Santa Barbara, CA. Her students describe her class as non-threatening, invigorating and relaxing.
