Bay Area Public Film Screening: "When ICE Melts"

The “Minnesota15” and “When ICE Melts” Film

The Minnesota (MN15) are 15 people who face 3 to 6 years in Federal prison, for their participation with tens of thousands of other people in resisting the occupation of Minneapolis by 4000 ICE and other Federal forces. They showed that it is possible and necessary for us to defend ourselves. No one else will.

The film “When ICE Melts,” which will be screened during this event, presents that story and shows why we must organize ourselves now, to free the MN15 and prepare to defend ourselves.

The film that examines how ordinary people organized across neighborhoods, workplaces, unions and communities to resist repression and build collective power against Operation Metro Surge in Minneapolis, MN.

Discussion after the film.
