Halloween Hootenanny

Get ready for a frightfully fun afternoon in Downtown Berkeley! The Downtown Berkeley Association (DBA) invites families, residents, students, and Halloween enthusiasts of all ages to the 2026 Halloween Hootenanny, taking place Friday, October 30, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at Civic Center Park.

This free community celebration brings together live music, creative costumes, local businesses, and family-friendly activities for an afternoon of Halloween fun in the heart of Downtown Berkeley.

Following the successful community activations that have helped bring new energy to Civic Center Park, this year's Halloween Hootenanny continues DBA's commitment to creating welcoming, engaging public experiences that celebrate Berkeley's unique character and bring the community together.
