Level 4 - Otters

Stroke Improvement: front/back crawl, sidestroke, and butterfly kick with personal flotation device for distance; treading, diving, floating; introduction to breaststroke kick, elementary backstroke kick and open turns.

Prerequisite: Participant must have completed level 3 Seahorse.

A swim assessment is REQUIRED if:

- You are new to Giammona Pool

*Other facilities' levels/standards do not translate over to Giammona Pool.

- You have not had swimming lessons
at Giammona Pool
in over 2 months

Report Card/Grades - available on the last day of lessons:

• Report cards with feedback can be requested from staff at the front desk.

• Pass/Fail grades will be available in your ACTIVE account.

All swim lessons registrations MUST be made in advance via our online ACTIVE reservation system at www.dalycity.org/iplay. Note: Walk-ins & guests are not permitted.

If there is a cancellation, there are no refunds at this time. Only credits will be applied to the IPLAY account. To cancel a swim lesson, please contact us at active@dalycity.org.
