2025 San Francisco Street Food Festival (Nov. 8-9)
Eric Wolfinger via La Cocina
After a five-year break, the San Francisco Street Food Festival returns November 8-9, 2025 at a new waterfront location – China Basin Park in Mission Rock.
The two-day event, named “Best Food Festival in the Country” by CNN, marks La Cocina’s 20th anniversary and brings together more than 25 La Cocina alumni and Bay Area chefs serving food that reflects the region’s wide range of cultures and cuisines.
Hosted by the nonprofit incubator La Cocina, the festival celebrates two decades of supporting women, immigrants, and people of color in starting and growing local food businesses. The 2025 edition will be a smaller, community-focused event, more in line with the festival’s early years, while still highlighting some of the Bay Area’s most recognizable La Cocina businesses.
Produced in partnership with Noise Pop, Mission Rock, and the San Francisco Cocktail Club, the weekend includes live music, local artisans, family activities, and multiple bars serving cocktails and nonalcoholic options.
