Live! at OPC presents the Bobby Watson/Curtis Lundy Quartet

The Oakland Public Conservatory of Music's Live! at OPC concert series presents the Bobby Watson / Curtis Lundy Quartet. Guaranteed to be a powerful night of world-class jazz artistry in the heart of Old Oakland. 

This special performance marks Bobby Watson’s first appearance at OPC, joined by master bassist Curtis Lundy, returning for his third OPC engagement. Together with Matt Clark on piano and Akira Tana on drums, this quartet promises to bring hard-swinging jazz, rooted in decades of musical legacy, to OPC's intimate concert setting.

Presented as part of OPC’s commitment to music as a public good, this evening invites audiences to experience legendary artists up close, while supporting access to transformative music education for youth and communities who have historically been excluded.
