Join FIGMA FOR EDUCATION AND INTERN SHIP FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT OF CRAFT, creativity, and CONNECTION — designed especially for student designers, interns, and early-career creatives who care deeply about the art of making (and making new friends). At FIGMA, we’re obsessed with design CRAFT—the intentional, thoughtful act of making—and building community spaces that celebrate that spirit. This night brings together our student community to honor what makes CRAFT SO SPECIAL: the details, the storytelling, the systems, and those weird little workflows we secretly love. But this night is also about you. Whether you’re an intern designing your first prototype or a creative soul hunting for your people, this is your chance to: ? Get inspired by lightning talks from real FIGMA DESIGNERS ? Play and tinker at hands-on interactive stations ? Mingle over food in a low-pressure environment that makes it easy to talk to strangers ? Celebrate the quirky, joyful, human side of design ? Soak in the views at FIGMA’s stunning NYC office — seriously, the space alone is worth showing up for. Artfully designed, cozy yet cutting-edge, with epic views of the city skyline. You’ll want to snap a pic (or five). Agenda 6:30–7:00 PM – Welcome, mocktails, and snacks. Ease in, grab a drink, and say hi—no awkward intros required 7:00–8:00 PM – Design Talks: Hear from FIGMA EMPLOYEES AND SPECIAL GUESTS AS THEY UNPACK THEIR CREATIVE PROCESS, philosophy, and how they make design just a little weirder (in the best way possible). 8:00–9:00 PM – Dinner break. Recharge, refuel, and maybe spark an unexpected conversation over something tasty. 9:00–10:00 PM – Mingle + network. No pressure. Just meaningful conversations with fellow makers and dreamers. This isn’t just a night to talk about CRAFT. It’s a space to build community, swap ideas, and CONNECT WITH OTHERS WHO ARE SHAPING THEIR CREATIVE PATH WITH HEART AND CURIOSITY. So come for the design.
