Simple and effective movements and dynamic STRETCHING TECHNIQUES TO
IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY. Also, low impact exercises to strengthen legs and
torso, improve flexibility, and challenge coordination and agility.
This class is for participants that are already active but want to
enhance their strength and BALANCE ABILITIES. NO CLASS 12/30
