This class offers a range of benefits, including low-impact yet high-intensity workouts that are gentle on joints while effectively burning calories, building strength, and boosting cardiovascular health. Harness the natural resistance of water to sculpt and tone muscles, engaging multiple muscle groups with every movement. Suitable for all fitness levels, instructors tailor exercises to meet individual needs, and is held in the shallow end of the pool. Join our vibrant community for fun and social group fitness sessions that leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and ready to conquer the day!

Novato Parks & Recreation reserves the right to modify or cancel any program, class, or event for any reason. Participants will be notified immediately of such changes. Full refunds will be issued for a program altered or canceled by the City, or if a participant is dissatisfied with any program. Refund requests must be made no later than one business day after the program ends. Refund and/or transfer requests must be approved by the program Supervisor. An $8 registration fee and $5 processing fee ($13 total) will be deducted from the total cost of the refunded program.
