They are markers on the way back to a real self, a vulnerable, wild, passionate, instinctive self. It is a dance meditation practice with music and very minimal instruction. Everybody's welcome! There’s no step to learn, no need for experience of any movement practice or dancing skills, and no physical limitation or exclusion. We dance our own dance. If you have a body, you can dance!
