Patchwork Mending Workshop - S - Berkeley, CA 2026

In this two-part hand sewing class, participants will learn how to mend clothing using creative methods and bring new life to worn-out pieces. Patchwork, embroidery, sashiko, and other techniques will be utilized depending on each garment's needs and student's desired look. Please note, this is not a garment construction or major alteration class. Replacing buttons and fixing holes = yes! Turning a dress into a pair of trousers = no.
