Yoga new way to get a great core workout while relaxing the mind. Try this fun workout set to relax moves. Yoga is a program designed for New and Intermediate Level Students who want a personal yoga experience. The instructor specializes in inclusion and creating versions of a pose that work for everyone. Students will gain strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and learn meditation and breath techniques for relaxation.
