Description

I scream, you scream…. we all love ice cream! In this class, we’ll make vanilla and chocolate bases and learn how to customize them for your favorite flavors! Students will get to sample two flavors in class.

All ingredients, aprons and equipment are included in the registration and materials fee. Just bring yourself and a to-go container for your creations! Recipes and equipment suggestions will be provided in class.

What can you expect from our class together?

• The class is fully interactive, so feel free to ask questions as we go.
• Great results go beyond the recipe. Learn the basics of cooking: mise en place, proper
• techniques, essential equipment, ingredients, and kitchen safety
• Please tie back long hair; we'll cook and serve family-style at the end.
• Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes as you will be standing & working in the kitchen.
• Be prepared to work in teams of 2-4, depending on class size.
• Alert your instructor to any food allergies BEFORE the day of class so we can plan accordingly.
