Thinking about adopting a rabbit, but not sure if you're ready? Fostering is a great way to help a rabbit in need while seeing if a rabbit is the right fit for your home. At House Rabbit Society, we provide all the supplies you need, including an x-pen, litter box, hay, food pellets, bowls, and more, and we only ask for a 2-week commitment. You just provide time, space, love, and daily vegetables! Learn more at
Fostering is especially helpful for rabbits who are shy or need extra socialization. It also frees up space in our shelter so we can help more rabbits in need.
You're also welcome to stop by during open hours (Fridays–Sundays, 11 am to 4 pm, until 3 pm on Sundays) to talk with staff and volunteers about fostering. Questions? Email foster@houserabbit.org.
Even a short-term foster can make a big difference. Thank you for helping us help rabbits! ????????
