Join the YWCA Berkeley/Oakland Mental Health Program for a relaxing Sip & Self-Care Night!
Come unwind with us as we gather for an evening centered on rest, reflection, and caring for ourselves. While sipping wine or something else, participants can create their own personalized self-care bags filled with soothing items like bath salts, scented oils, and other small comforts designed to support relaxation and well-being.
All materials will be provided, and no crafting experience is needed—just bring yourself and an openness to slow down and nurture your mind, body and spirit.
Light finger foods and beverages will be available as we spend time together building simple self-care practices and supporting our mental and emotional wellness.
