Please note Brian's schedule is locked for priority booking between 5pm on the 15th until 5pm on the 22nd of each month. His schedule opens online at 5pm on the 22nd.

Brian is upbeat, warm and encouraging. He views fitness as an essential and integral part of life. Brian will customize a program (strength training, cardiovascular and flexibility) to fit your needs and objectives, and also fit your busy lifestyle. CANCELLATION POLICY

The Koret Health & Recreation Center observes a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any changes to the appointment must be done by calling 415-422-6811 during Summer Koret Business Hours (5/19/2025-8/17/2025 M-F: 7am-7pm, S-Su: 8am-5pm) at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time.

BUILDING ENTRY

Personal training clients may enter the facility 30 min. before the appointment start time. Please present valid ID (Koret membership card or USF ID) to the Front Desk attendant when you arrive for your session.
