Meet Logan, a NASM certified personal trainer and Kinesiology major with a Neuroscience minor at the University of San Francisco. His training philosophy centers on getting back to basics and cutting through fitness misinformation- helping clients build lasting habits, feel empowered, and enjoy the process of getting stronger.

A long-time fitness enthusiast, Logan enjoys running, swimming, and weightlifting. He also brings valuable experience from interning with Division 1 strength and conditioning coaches and competing in collegiate rugby at USFCA.

Whether you're new to the gym or looking to take your training to the next level, Logan will meet you where you are and guide you with a calm, friendly, and personalized approach- always explaining the “why” behind every movement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Koret Health & Recreation Center observes a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any changes to the appointment must be done by calling 415-422-6811 during Koret Business Hours (M-F: 6am-8pm, S-Su: 8am-6pm) at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time.

BUILDING ENTRY

Personal training clients may enter the facility 30 min. before the appointment start time. Please present valid ID (Koret membership card or USF ID) to the Front Desk attendant when you arrive for your session.
