Learn how to make restaurant-quality sushi yourself with this guided
cooking class with Chef Lorry. You will be led every step of the way,
from pairing your flavors to prepping your ingredients to assembling
and slicing and topping your rolls. You'll be making two varieties of
sushi rolls in this class — one made with tuna and sriracha, and the
other made with assorted vegetables — and shrimp nigiri. Our cooking
classes are designed to be social events that do not require any
previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy
