WHAT IS SKY?
SKY is rhythmic breathing based meditation that has been reported to

of mind. Breathing meditation settles the mind into deep meditation by
using the breath’s built-in ability to quiet the mind easily and
naturally, so you slip into deep meditation without thinking about
