Transition to Honors Calculus - Stamford, CT 2026

Transition to AP Calculus is a required course for students who wish to enroll in AP Calculus but have not been recommended. The course will begin with a review of precalculus skills that are often used in AP Calculus. The topics will include piecewise functions, compositions and inverse functions, and the review of logarithmic, exponential, trigonometric and rational functions. Students will master skills that are taught in Honors and AP Precalculus. The course will end with an introduction to limits as well as derivatives if time permits. Room 307
