No flexibility required; all ages and body types welcome! This
six-week series, limited to twelve students, will walk you through the
basics of yoga. Learn pose anatomy and alignment, ways to personalize
the practice for specific issues or injuries, and the foundations of
yoga philosophy. Each student will receive a copy of Yoga Fan:
Practice Guide for Everyday (sent directly to your home) as well as
guidance and support in how to continue one's practice after the
