Juan Guaidó’s assumption of VENEZUELA’s interim presidency on January 10th offered his compatriots new hope for peaceful, democratic restoration and an end to the economic and humanitarian crisis afflicting the country. Guaidó achieved the recognition of over 50 countries and rallied VENEZUELANS ACROSS THE NATION. However, Nicolás Maduro’s regime remains entrenched in Caracas and living conditions in VENEZUELA ARE GROWING STEADILY WORSE.Where do Guaidó and his supporters stand?
