House of Wine

House of Wine specializes in wine education, wine analysis and winemaking consultation. We teach you H.O.W. to taste, test, and make wine! At House of Wine we believe that you are never too old to learn! Keeping that in mind we have developed an array of fun filled, educational wine classes for all levels of wine lovers. Our classes are taught by Kathryn House, Idaho's premiere enologist and wine educator. Each class is something new and exciting. Come explore the world of wine with us! As the only privately owned enological laboratory in Idaho, we strive to help increase the quality (and quantity!) of Idaho wines with precise and timely testing and consulting. Our small size and unique location allow us to serve our rural and urban wineries. In our laboratory we strive to help growers & winemakers make the best decisions possible for their grapes and wine based upon responsive and precise testing. Through our consulting we aim to help clients learn and achieve their production goals. We believe wine is a great drink, but the best part about it is all that’s hidden in the glass.
