Yoga & Ayurveda

The Yoga & Ayurveda Center is located in Lombard, IL and offers a wide range of weekly yoga classes, series, and workshops and complete ayurvedic services. Our studio is a welcoming studio that is inviting and comfortable for all. We are a local community based studio that is grounded in the traditional 8 limb path of yoga. Our teachers teach their own style and create their own sequences. We offer Vinyasa, Prenatal, Iyengar, Therapeutic, 50+, evening and early morning classes. KIds and Family yoga coming soon and we offer monthly workshops. Our classes are small so the attention you get is to help you modify the poses and help you understand the process. We also teach the breath and how to use the yoga tools to create a sense of calm in the body and connection of spirit, body, and mind. This is a traditional based yoga studio teaching all 8 limbs, not a hot, franchised, newest "yoga craze" studio. You do not need to reserve your spot or call ahead for availability. Just come prepared to have some fun, get to know yourself, and allow the body to unwind from our busy life!
