The purpose of this SYMPOSIUM IS TO RAISE AWARENESS OF IMPORTANT
UPDATES IN GUIDELINE DIRECTED THERAPIES TO OPTIMIZE THE MANAGEMENT OF
HEART FAILURE. This program is designed to meet the educational needs
of physicians and all health care providers who participate in the
care and management of patients at risk for, or diagnosed with HEART
FAILURE.
