On the first night, participants will receive an introduction to the
many varieties of SEAWEED AND THEIR UNIQUE FLAVOR AND NUTRITION
PROFILES. We'll take a tour of the MAINE COAST SEA VEGETABLES
facility, and then get started on a small cooking project. On the
second evening, we'll make a GREEK-themed multi-course dinner that
will include kelp-wrapped dolmas and tzatziki, plus a dessert. Opa!
