Explore how American cooking has evolved through live chef demonstrations, engaging discussion with a historical moderator, and samples inspired by recipes from centuries past—including an original cake tasting to start. Join us for a flavorful journey through time, where food brings history to life! This class is a collaboration with Let's Cook@Casey and the Community Museum. A local historian will lead the discussion and chefs from Let's Cook@Casey will demonstrate traditional cooking techniques. Participants will sample tastings.
