This workshop will explore the strategies and tactics that creative
business owners use to grow their online audiences and drive sales.
Students can expect to gain an understanding of how to formulate a
content strategy, optimize conversion funnels, deploy email and social
media MARKETING, and identify strategic partners. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Jeff Lahens is the CMO at 9Tailors [https://9tailors.com/], a
Boston-based custom clothing retail company. He believes retail
developments are a catalyst for economic development. His passion
rests in brick and mortar retail and in leveraging digital marketing
to generate traffic into a physical space. He has a demonstrated
history of managing sales, business operations, and creative
professionals. He has built communities and led customer service
experiences for growth. Additionally to retail, Jeff’s personal
brand reflects his passion for men’s fashion, dad’s health &
wellness, and youth education & development.
