Welcome to the first snow. It s now December and it will be 50+ on
Thursday!It turns out, 4 years ago we borrowed (read: stole) a workout
from AATC. Our richer, older, fellow track clubbers have inspired us
once again to steal (read: borrow) a workout from BDTC 4 years ago.
This time, I added an optional additional repeat or two. Is this how
the movie inception worked?
