Description Registration for this class will begin at 9:00 AM on
Tuesday, 4/8, via online and phone only.
This gentle yoga class focuses on mindful movements to improve
balance, strength, and flexibility. Yoga is an excellent way to reduce
stress and tension in the mind and body. Included in most classes are
standing, seated, prone, and supine poses. Please feel free to bring
anything that will help you be most comfortable for floor work,
including a yoga mat.
