Description This class employs the most widely practiced form of yoga, Hatha. Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. Best for beginners, in this class students will perform poses one at a time with a "rest" in between. More experienced students will be equally challenged. Hatha yoga helps you to develop strength and flexibility, as you bring attention to breath, which helps to calm and to focus the mind.
