House Of Yoga is dedicated to sharing the authentic practices of yoga in a sacred and soothing environment. House Of Yoga offers daily yoga classes for all those seeking an authentic yoga practice. We offer various styles of yoga classes: hatha (basic), yin (deep release), and vinyasa, Ashtanga and Jivamukti. Programs: LIFE OS immersions into the 8 limbs of yoga, Annual Teacher Training (RYS 200), Workshops and Sacred Music events (Kirtans). House Of Yoga has been serving the Berkley community since 2006. We aim to serve those who are interested in living life in harmony with nature: your own nature and mother nature. We provide a sacred space for daily classes, workshops and yoga immersions and teacher training. Live Music Events (kirtan and yoga classes) offered regularly.
