Raeisha Williams For City Council Ward 5 I am committed to creating the highest quality of life for all Ward 5 residents. I understand that together we can build on our active and empowered community. My commitment is to lead us to excellence in Fair Housing, Economics, Education, Community Development, and Effective Youth & Senior Services. I am a proud fourth generation Black Minnesotan, who walks in a deeply rooted, powerful history. My grandmother Adelia Nevils, and mother Rosemary Nevils-Williams have been advocates and champions of change for communities of color for over 65 years in Minnesota.
