Whether you've never run before and don't know where to start, or you
used to run and are trying to ease back into it, we are here to help!
We take you through a guided, gentle, run/walk program which trains
you to run a 5K (3.1 miles) in a matter of weeks. Our Couch to 5K
program is a powerful combination of a proven running structure,
coaches to provide accountability, and an encouraging group to share
the journey with you. Just like you our coaches have busy careers and
families. It's hard to find time to exercise consistently and stay
motivated. We get it. But we've figured out how to incorporate gentle
running to increase energy, reduce stress, improve mental and physical
health, and sleep better. Our three-tiered approach will get results.
We use accountability, group energy, and one of the most successful
training plans ever invented that has turned hundreds of thousands of
couch potatoes into happy, habitual runners. In our experience, paying
monthly for a room full of soulless exercise machines just doesn't get
it done. We have a way that works and is a LOT of fun! ? Event details
and schedule We will meet each Monday and Thursday at the Washignton
St. Pavillion at 5:45 AM. Sessions will never take longer than 30 min.
