Facilitated by Live SMART Healing & Restoration Counseling Center, this six-part series provides an intimate setting for professional women to engage with likeminded professionals, share their struggles, self-reflect & learn new skills in a confidential & safe environment. Session Topics (One topic per week) 1)   Week One:   Personal Self-Assessment 2)    Week Two:  Know Your Personal Value and Worth 3)    Week Three:  Strengthen Communication & Conflict Management Skills 4)    Week Four:  Identify Healthy Responses to Depression, Anxiety & Toxic Stress 5)    Week Five:  Healthy Anger Management 6)    Week Six:  Coping with Toxic Relationships & Toxic Environments The fee is $55 (now reduced from $95) per session & includes materials plus light refreshments.
