Students without ukes can reserve one of 10 Class Ukuleles to be used during lesson only. I prefer the Concert size ukes for adults. Many brands are available at local music stores and the internet. It is wise to discuss and view instruments with other students before making a purchase. Ukulele tuners: The best is a Snark SN6X Clip-On Tuner for Ukulele available at Amazon or at your local music store. Ukulele beginner book is “Fun With the Ukulele” by Mel Bay. We will provide music for the first lesson to give you time to purchase your first book. The Ukulele book for the intermediate class is “The Daily Ukulele – 365 songs for better living” (The Yellow Book) both are available from Amazon or may be available at local Music stores. We are providing music for the first lesson so you will have time to purchase your first book. I believe the ukulele is a social instrument and great for interaction and entertainment. We will be concentrating on playing and singing and use general music knowledge to help us understand and develop our abilities. Let’s have some fun with the Ukulele; and enjoy our classes at 11:00 for Beginning and 12:00 for Intermediate students.
