You only get one shot at this life, why not live it to your highest potential, physically, mentally, & emotionally. The workouts are the smallest part about being healthy. Eating for your goals, drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, all play a huge role in your health. My goal isn’t just to help you workout. My goal is to help you form healthier habits throughout your life. I don’t believe in quick fixes or 10 day weight loss successes or wraps and pills. EAT. SLEEP. EXERCISE. REPEAT.
I offer group classes 4 Days a week. Total Body, Legs/Butt, Abs/Core, Boxing/Kickboxing
Tuesdays & Thursdays classes are at 6p, 7p, & 8p
Saturday classes are at 9a & 10a
Sunday classes are at 8a, 9a, 10a, 11a, & 12p
These are all currently 30minute classes & $5 per class. With the exception of Boxing on Saturday at 10am. That class is 60minutes & $10 per class.
One on One Training takes place throughout the rest of the day. These sessions are private workouts, lasting between 45-60 minutes per. All measurements and photos are taken day 1, and retaken every 4-6 weeks. All major strength numbers are logged to measure that progress as well. Pricing is per month: 1x week= $100. 2x week= $160. 3x week = $225. Ask me in advance if you would like to workout with someone else (friends/family) for a discounted price per person.
