Description
With crime on the rise, and seniors often considered a vulnerable population, personal safety is more important than ever. In this empowering self-defense class, renowned instructor Raquel Lenhart equips participants with practical tools to recognize danger, avoid risky situations, and confidently protect themselves.
Tailored specifically for seniors, the course covers common scams, risk-awareness tactics, and self-defense strategies that are simple yet highly effective. Students will also learn how to use everyday mobility aids—such as canes and walkers—as personal protection tools.No prior experience is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome.
